After this, take out the meat and place it on a nice serving plate. Increase the level of heat by setting the stove at the high level. Put in the flour and the butter. Key ingredients for this dish include eight whole potatoes, three peeled medium-size carrots and one chopped green pepper. A large cooking bag for ovens is also needed, preferably one that measures 14-inches by 20-inches. To give the dish richer taste and flavor, it also needs three stalks of celery, a couple of quartered medium-size onions and a teaspoon of beef bouillon powder. Furthermore, get at least ½-cup water, 14-ounces of tomato sauce and ½-cup flour. The main ingredient is four pounds beef rump roast without the bones.
Steps
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While this is taking place, get the cooking bag and place the flour inside. Shake and then place the bag in a baking pan. Open the bag and place inside pepper, salt and bouillon powder. Add the water and tomato sauce as well. After that, place the green pepper, sliced potatoes and celery.
