Chop the meat into several pieces. Heat oil in the skillet. Fry the pork pieces for five minutes, on each side. Transfer the meat in a clean bowl.
Place a small pot over medium heat. Add the garlic, salt and onions in the pot. Stir the mixture and cook for three minutes. Add the flour and pepper. Stir for three minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Wait for the mixture to boil. Transfer the mixture in a food processor. Blend the mixture for five minutes. Return the puree to the pot. Pour a cup of water in the pot. Add the cooked meat pieces. When the dish boils, place it in a baking pan and cover the pan. Place the pan inside an oven that was preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the dish for an hour or 1 ½ hour. If the stew looks dry, you can add a cup of water and continue baking. The dish is best served over a cup of rice or served with steamed vegetables.
