Beef Cheeks Braised in Orange Zest and Red Wine
To prepare this satisfying dish, you will use two pounds beef cheeks, two tablespoons vegetable oil and a pound of onions. In addition, you need a pound of baby carrots, a bottle of dry red wine as well as eight strips of orange zest.
